Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable across India, unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Order Tracking

- Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
- Xenavya Style Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or return of packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Incorrect contact number
- Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs arising from the above will be borne by the customer.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver orders on time, Xenavya Fashion shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Public holidays or strikes
Gift Hampers & Fragile Items
- Gift hampers may include fragile, edible, cosmetic, or third-party sourced items.
- While we ensure secure packaging, minor transit-related damage, packaging variations, or leakage may occur and shall not be considered grounds for return or refund unless covered under our Refund Policy with valid proof.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required for all damage-related claims.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refusal or Undelivered Orders
- If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Re-shipping, if requested, will be chargeable.
