Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed successfully, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are advised to review all product details, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing the checkout process.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We offer refunds or replacements only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A complete and clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and uninterrupted, clearly showing the damaged product.
  • The refund or replacement request, along with the unboxing video, must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once the damage claim is verified and approved by our team, we will initiate a refund or provide a replacement, subject to product availability and customer preference.


Gift Hampers & Third-Party Products Disclaimer

Our gift hampers may include a combination of items such as (but not limited to):

  • Keyrings
  • Charms
  • Crystal bracelets
  • Makeup items
  • Chocolates, biscuits, or cookies
  • Fragrances
  • Small toys or plush items

Some of these products are sourced from third-party vendors or suppliers.

While Xenavya Fashion ensures that all gift hamper items are carefully checked, assembled, and packed in the best possible condition, we would like to clarify that:

  • Xenavya Style Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects, incorrect items, quality issues, or performance-related concerns related to third-party sourced products.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for gift hamper items due to taste preferences, fragrance sensitivity, food items, toys, or cosmetic products.
  • Any minor variation in packaging, appearance, or branding of third-party items shall not be considered a defect.

Important Notes:

  • No claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal dislike of the product or design
    • Incorrect size, style, or color selection
    • Minor color or finish variations (as all products are fashion items)
